The American Wonders Collection by Regina Scott is about to have the second book release. And I just found out from Regina that she is offering some goodies to those who pre-order a copy.

Now, I do have a pre-release copy already but haven’t had a chance to start reading it yet. I loved the first book, A Distance Too Grand, and anticipate loving this one as well. But, if you want a recommendation from someone who has already read it, Booklist, a publication of the American Library Association, has given it a star and has named it one of their Top Ten Romances of the Year!!! Congratulations, Regina!

Oh, yes, you were wondering about the pre-order goodies, weren’t you. Click on the link below and pre-order your book from one of the various retailers. Then hop over to Regina’s website for more details. You’ll need to have your order number available. This offer is good until September 30, so hurry on over.

Those who have not yet read A Distance Too Grand can read my review and read a preview below.

It is 1886, and the government has given the US Cavalry control of Yellowstone. For widowed hotelier Kate Tremaine, the change is a welcome one. She knows every inch of her wilderness home like the back of her hand and wants to see it protected from poachers and vandals.
Refused a guide by Congress, Lieutenant William Prescott must enlist Kate's aid to help him navigate the sprawling park and track down the troublemakers. But a secret from his past makes him wary of the tender feelings the capable and comely widow raises in him. When her 6-year-old son is kidnapped by a poacher who wants the boy to guide him to the place where the last of the Yellowstone bison congregate, Will and Kate must work together to rescue him, save the bison, and protect the park. In doing so, they may just find that two wounded hearts can share one powerful love when God is in control.

About Regina Scott

Regina Scott started writing novels in the third grade. Thankfully for literature as we know it, she didn’t actually sell her first novel until she had learned a bit more about writing. Since her first Regency romance was published in 1998, her stories have traveled the globe, with translations in many languages including Dutch, German, Italian, and Portuguese. She and her husband of 30 years reside in Washington State on the way to Mt. Rainier. Regina Scott is a decent fencer; owns a historical costume collection that takes up over a third of her large closet; and has driven four in hand, learned to fence, sailed on a tall ship, and dressed as a Regency dandy, all in the name of research, of course.
